My coaching program is designed to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, boost your energy, balance hormones, or simply feel great, I will listen to your struggles, uncover the root causes of your challenges, and support your transformation through a personalized action plan.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Initial Coaching Session

    In this initial call we discuss your goals, your current lifestyle, and past and potential future roadblocks. By the end of the session, we will determine the right course of action for you and your unique goals. You will leave this session with a clear view of what is to come.

  • Follow-up Sessions

    In these sessions, we track your progress, determine what is working and what adjustments are needed for you to reach your goals. I will guide you towards implementing self care rituals, mindfulness practices, basic lifestyle changes and more to elevate your health and wellness.

  • Accountability and Support

    Accountability and support are the key components to you reaching your goals. In addition to our weekly sessions, I will be checking in with you periodically during the course of the program. This will provide additional support and guidance throughout your journey. These check ins will happen via text on a predetermined day that works best with your schedule.
