About Robin
I’m a New Yorker by way of Colorado, mother to three and wife to one. I spent the better part of the past two decades as a finance exec in the fashion industry, but realized I much prefer wellness books and nutrition studies to cash flows and KPIs.
I grew up watching the adults around me start a new diet seemingly every Monday morning, never quite finding their way to their wellness goals. And throughout my life, I’ve witnessed too many around me feel the need to choose between a “healthy life” devoid of any joy or a miserable existence in their bodies.
I know that taking care of our bodies and living life to the fullest doesn’t have to be laborious or restrictive, but can be joyful and effortless.
I also believe that most of us know (mostly) the “what to do”, but just can’t seem to do it consistently, if at all. On top of that, there is so much noise in wellness right now that so many are overwhelmed. I am here to help you cut through the noise, tackle the basics and scaffold the small habits and tweaks to incorporate into your daily life that will take little effort, but lead to big results. I promise no powders, extreme fasting or intense workout plans required.
In addition to being a lifelong student of wellbeing, I formally studied Clinical Nutrition at NYU and Integrative Nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Through my programs, I will be your guide, confidant, cheerleader, and accountability partner and I am confident that, together, we will make meaningful, lasting change to the quality of your life.
